About Us

Queen's Comedy Belfast has been around since February 1993, having originally started out as Queen's Comedy Club in Belfast's Mandela Hall by a young Colin Murphy, performing his first ever gig.

Over the years, the comedy club took on various different guises and promoters and seen a who’s who from the comedy world, with all the now major comedians Peter Kay, Dylan Moran, Bill Bailey, Sean Lock, Sarah Millican, Ed Byrne and Jason Byrne taking to the stage.

In March 2018, after 25 years of laughs, Queen's Comedy Club took a hiatus returning in September 2022 only to realise they made a big mistake and retire for good in April 2024.
