How can I get tickets to a show?

Tickets for all our shows are available online from qub.glistrr.com.

I purchased a ticket online, where do I collect it from?

When you buy from glistrr online you will be sent a confirmation email with the details of your order. In the email, you should have the option to download the ticket as a PDF (to be printed) or add to your Apple Wallet (to be displayed as an e-ticket on your phone) 

On the night of the show, you can display your printed ticket or your e-ticket to our ticket takers on the door. They will scan the barcode and grant you access to the show. 

If a show is cancelled, where do I get a refund? 

If a show is cancelled Glistrr will automatically refund tickets to the card used at point of purchase. 

Please be aware that most times shows are postponed, not cancelled. In this case, we advise you to hang onto your ticket as original date tickets remain valid. 

We will not be able to provide refunds for a club show where the lineup has changed. All club show lineups are subject to change and we will always endeavour to replace like for like.

What if I can no longer make the show I’ve purchased tickets for?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer any exchanges or refunds if your event is going ahead on the date originally planned.
